Installation can be completed in as little as a couple of hours. For our more substantial accounts, we conduct a site walkthrough involving the account representative to ensure a comprehensive plan is in place even before the coolers are delivered to the site.

With our extensive supply of tubing, we have the capability to extend a line to nearly any location. This will be explained to you in detail from your account representative.

The frequency of servicing a cooler increases with its usage, however, we recommend filter changes every 3 months to ensure clean & crisp water. Should a service indicator light up at any other time, we encourage you to contact us using the number displayed on your machine. We will coordinate with you to arrange a convenient time for one of our technicians to address and resolve the issue.
